Great American Main Street Awards (GAMSA) that recognize exceptional accomplishments in revitalizing America's historic and older main street commercial districts; and the

Main Street Leadership Awards that identify and recognize key leaders in the commercial district revitalization movement. Awards are given in three categories: Civic Leadership, Business Leadership, and Main Street Heroes.
